About
Recon Motorsports stands at the intersection of service, youth development, and purpose‑driven performance. What began as a competitive racing program has evolved into a platform that strengthens veterans, empowers young drivers, and delivers meaningful impact for the partners who stand with us. Our work is grounded in the belief that motorsports can be more than a sport — it can be a catalyst for healing, growth, and community connection.
RMS offers veterans renewed identity, camaraderie, and a mission‑focused environment that supports their mental health and overall well‑being. Young drivers gain discipline, confidence, and character through structured coaching and real‑world responsibility. Partners receive professionally executed engagement, consistent brand visibility, and alignment with a mission that resonates deeply across military, family, and youth communities.
Lines of Effort
1. Veteran mental health awareness and support
2. Youth development
The RMS Vision
To create a platform for veterans to rediscover purpose and belonging, and where youth develop the emotional strength to overcome modern challenges. RMS envisions motorsports as a powerful vehicle for recovery, growth, and lifelong resilience — a place where adrenaline, teamwork, and craftsmanship become tools for healing and human development.
Our Values
Resilience
We believe strength is built through challenge. Motorsports teach persistence, discipline, and the ability to overcome adversity — qualities essential for both warriors and youth.
Connection
We foster authentic relationships without the pressure of military formality or adolescent social expectations. RMS is a community where people feel understood without needing to explain their past.
Purpose
Every role in motorsports matters. RMS provides veterans and youth with meaningful responsibility, mission‑driven teamwork, and the satisfaction of contributing to something bigger than themselves.
Integrity
We operate with honesty, accountability, and respect — on the track, in the shop, and within our community.
Growth
We are committed to developing confident, capable individuals, and supporting organizations who do. RMS empowers veterans transitioning into civilian life and youth navigating the pressures of the digital age.
Service
RMS exists to serve — to uplift warriors, strengthen families, and build resilient communities through motorsports‑based engagement.
