RMS stands behind each piece that leaves our shop and arrives at yours. Because much of the work completed at RMS is custom, mistakes can occur, or the process is iterative to produce a final product. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you are in the driver's seat.

Let us know what your concerns are so the appropriate follow-on actions can occur.  Potential outcomes are correcting, remaking, and reshipping your parts, or a full refund if the desired outcome cannot be achieved.
